Recently I walked into Dr. Mahoney's office with severe pain in arm/shoulder which I had for 10 days and strong meds didn't even help to alleviate pain. After one treatment with Dr. Mahoney I felt better and 48 hrs later. I was pain free! His treatment even helped my chronic neck pain.

I was at first skeptical about acupuncture and I was seeking help with stress and a general balancing. After the first session with Dr. Evan the skeptic disappeared. The results are real and he has such a gentle manner that you wish every health practitioner was like that. The herb concoction is wonderful and his Saam Meditation helps you extend the effect of acupuncture on your own. Oh and the stretch technique for those with sedentary jobs like myself is a huge help.

Dr Evan is the man . I highly recommend him for pain management . I was injured in the military and have dealt with pain since the early 80's . A few weeks back I had my back lock up pretty severely and called him after a referral . He booked my the same day and after 3 sessions I was right as rain again .

I have had over eight treatments by Evan, I am over 78 and he has helped me with back pain,and poor leg circulation, but the most impressive treatment was when I developed Atrium Fibrillation, my Western Doctors explained the seriousness of this problem, but offered little help, I called Evan and he said he could help me. After one treatment my heart was beating at a normal rate, this was over a year ago, I have had three checkups and heart tests by my doctors, who could not find this problem now. this made a believer out of me. I now recommend Evan to my close friends who he has also treated and all speak very highly of his skills

Dr Evan and OK are very lovely people. You can tell they focus on the care of a patient not the material gain. Dr Evan has helped me with my withdrawals from 52 years of smoking and the breathing challenges associated with it. I underwent a Cervical Discectomy and fusion on my neck in 2010. Within 4 months post op I was experiencing severe muscle pain with limited movement of my head and neck. Referrals to physical therapy, deep massage, steriod injections and medial branch block of the nerves offered no relief. Prescription pain meds didn't touch the pain. 
The pain was 24/7 with no relief. After 3 years with interrupted sleep and trying to deal with the pain I had just about given up. I discovered Dr. Mahoney and it changed my life. The acupuncture treatments he administered over a period of months left me pain free.I am forever grateful to him!

I met Dr Evan and Young Ok in the spring of 2012. They had a booth at the Farmer's Market. I became a patient not long after and my first treatment was for some nagging back pain I was experiencing. After my first session I experienced relief and Dr. Evan also gave me some techniques to help with breathing and some specific stretching exercises to help with my back. That was a positive experience so I decided I would go again. The next visit I learned some about their background and I was impressed with the experience and training and time they had put in in study of this healing art. I like that Dr. Evan and Young Ok have a certain Focus in their practice, and they are always keen to learn my discomfort specifically so as to best enable the healing process. Since then my wife has been to them for migraine headaches, which she was experiencing frequently and she had relief the first visit and subsequent trips lengthened the time between flare ups. I have also sent several other referrals there and each report from them has been positive, from knee sprains to shoulder sprains to people in car accidents to general lethargy. I have sent several people over that have never experienced acupuncture as healing and not one has come back to say it was not worth it.

I am glad to share my positive experiences and I will continue to be a patient and send my friends and associates their way.﻿
